9 weeks old - I still have Aine (pronounce Ahnya), her name is Irish and means splendor, radiance and brilliance, lucky in love, connected with fruitfullness. It is a lovely name for a lovely little lady. She is a sweetheart whom I wish I could keep. I have alot going on so a puppy for me right now is not the right thing. She is pictured here with her momma many days ago now. She sleeps through the night in her crate in my bedroom, no problems, never has been a problem . She hasn't gone potty in the house yet, takes herself to the door. When tired she puts herself in the crate to take a nap. Nice pup, medium tempered, Titan just loves her, as do I. Plays nice, is delightful. she does't use the crate in the picture, we use wire crates.
One Pup Available - I have one sweet pup available. Everyone else's families have now come picked up their pups. Avalailable is my sweet pink girl. I took a few photos of her and her brother, before he left yesterday. My Maximus, who is almost 9 months old, is a big overgrown pup himself, but he is so sweet with the pups.
8 weeks old. Wow, it has been busy around here. Not only just visitors but new puppy home people here. Pups going to Montana, Idaho, Washington and California. Bathing pups before I get a shower in the morning, hmmm, what's up with that? LOL. I still have Pink girl available to the right home. She is soooo sweet. I'd keep her in a pinch but a 3rd dog doesn't work out for me right now. It wouldn't be fair to her, not enough time. She is a nicely structured pup too, with a very solid temperament, very middle road. She is my peace keeper pup, always had good confidence, plays and roughs it up with the other pups but doesn't like the serious altercations, will smooth it out. She will come up to me and put her paw on my foot and just look deeply at me............ohhh, my, that makes it hard. The family that came this morning to pick up their pup, well, they were very tempted about pink. I didn't encourage it as two pups is more than most would want at the same time, me included. Pink was very interested in the daughter and parents and was very much wanting to go with them, lol. There is the picture of purple girl/Katie, who looks just like Titan. And turbo green boy, too funny. Maximus, my 9 month old got to finally play some with the pups, without a fence between them. He is a very large pup and he is pushy and clutsy, but he was amazingly gentle with them and would grab a bone and entice them to chase him. It was so cute. IF he steps on one he doesn't even notice he is so goofy. He was typically gentle that only happened twice. Some pups have left so these pics are the most current.
| Okay, I have more pictures as of monday the 23rd, will add them now. 7 weeks now. So, we are making placements and we now know who is available. It is my special pink girl. She is lovely structured. She is not a barker, she is very middle road. She is my peace keeper pup. I wish I could keep her. She is a real love and likes to keep the peace between pups. At 2.5 weeks old she was running between pups that were getting rough. She is a dear girl. She roughs it up just fine with littermates, she is really well balanced. These pups have been having visitors lately, they are all very kind and gentle with kids and go up to them without reservation. All the pups actually are now getting invovled with visitors. Not a shy one in the bunch. They differ in their enthusiasm though....some sit, some stand and wait for petting, some climb visitors. Blue was sleeping while I took these photos. She had spent alot of time with my 4th grade friend here, so no new pics of her here, sorry. And wouldn't you know it, there aren't any of pink in this batch, you will have to look at last weeks....funny. I was just shooting away and she was being busy I guess. 6 week updates! SO, 6 weeks old. They are still nursing, Titan is such a good momma. They are very fun. They prefer to sleep outside even if it is freezing out. They have a warm garage to go into but sleep under the ramp outside their dog door. I have an enclosure for them, which is smaller than they like that they sleep in at night. I close it off as we have racoons, and I have seen what racoons can do, not nice. We also have a family of owls, that would not be a good thing for pups. During the day they have the whole big yard to play in. So, with no more adoo, I will share pics we took today. Finally had help so got side and sitting shots. Usually I have had the pups getting stacked photos for weeks by now, just haven't had the chance and not had help, my kids are in college now. So, this was most of their first times on the table, pretty good I'd say. I could have stacked them better, lol, but oh well. I still have two available. I know for sure that Yellow boy (Sully), Red Boy and Tri boy are all spoken for. I know the bob tail girl is spoken for. I have a pretty good idea of thier base temperaments at this point are and structure. Will really be able to tell for sure by next week but I have a pretty good grasp of who is who at this point. I am not sure about green boy, he may be spoken for or she may take a female, not sure. The other females are up in the air, contact me if you have questions. 5 week pupdates The pups are now 5 weeks old and they are unbelievably cute now. They play and eat and tug at my pants. They are learning really quickly not to tug on my pants. I use the "ack" and gently remove their mouth.....they are learning, such good puppies. I still have 2 females available. They have been exposed to much. I will open a large plastic garbage bag with a big snap and they don't even flinch. They have had over 8 surfaces and lots of visitors and sounds and smells. I hold each one everyday many times and they love balls and the sturdy dog toys I have gotten them. They love most to rough and tumble with each other. They have had lamb, beef and turkey so far. They are used to essential oils from young living and don't mind them. They actually love the thieves household cleaner I use. When I spray it they run to it and get excited. I know it is safe and actually good for them, they are so silly. I use Silvermax from Xooma in their food to help aid their digestive and immune systems too. These pictures are from just after 4 weeks up until now at 5 weeks plus a day. The picture with purple in the background and "pink running in front is actually bobtail girl, not sure how to change it on here, not techy. |
2 week updates
As of 10/21. I have 7 reservations, and one spot is available. We will not place until 7.5-8 weeks of age, pending temperament and structure testing to best match pups to homes. The available reservation is for a female pup.
Here are the two week old babies. They hear super good now, they see shadows and eyes are fully open. They are playing and barking at each other and growling, it is so adorable. They are learning to go to one padded spot to go potty and being quite successful already with it. I have two girls who in particular look so much like Titan. Purple girl who even has the same markings (same toes have white, it is uncanny), and blue girl who has white but looks just like momma as you will see below. Green boy is very allusive for photos so I will make an effort, and yellow boys keep getting blurred......funny as he isn't zooming around the place, lol. Both of these boys are often sleeping under the rail.

Puppies are born........so I am updating, puppies have been born. They were born Saturday 3rd of October. We have 8 very lovely healthy babies. This is easy for Titan as she had 14 last time. We are enjoying watching them grow already. We have 6 Deposits in on pups , which leaves 2 available. We have 4 males and 4 females, 3 of each are spoken for. Of which no puppies are chosen until after 7 weeks old when we do our testing. We do not sell our puppies via pictures or as infants. Read policies I have laid out.
Update 7/29/15
Titan is bred to Clancy. We expect pups in 60 days. Black and tans and maybe some minor white on a few. Both Titan and Clancy are all around super nice ES's. Clancy adopts his animals, most recently a new flock of chicks, which he calls his own. He would follow them around at all times to keep them safe....and I mean close, he would hover over them while they peck away, all the while dripping from the tongue on their heads. They were his babies. Titan, when we were on the farm could meander among all and any farm animals and keep them calm, yet when work was to be done she would get right to it, and then she could be calm again. They both get along with all dogs, love people, bark at intruders, are both naturally reared. Neither is a wonderer and stay close even in unfenced areas (although they have fenced yards). Titan loves water, all my ES's have. All my dogs for that matter. They do well in all surroundings, love to travel, love to hike and play in the woods and are voracious varmint dogs. They are also birders. Titan has an especially keen nose, it is amazing. they can go all day but are great house companions and are calm in the house and yard, except when it is playtime. They are very playful and love to retrieve.
Update: 7/28/15
Clancy is on his way over as I type this....Titan "may" be in standing heat. A couple days earlier than I was planning, so we shall see. I will update you all. I do have reservations in already, so if you are serious about a pup you are encouraged to get in touch with me and get your deposits in. Deposits with approved questionaire hold your spot.

Due to car trouble, I had to postpone breeding Titan last time. Bummer.
But, I am excited to announce the breeding of Titan soon. This month I will breed her to Highland Glenn Clancy , more to follow. Titan below, very recently and she is totally out of coat. You can see what a stunner she is. She is also such a great example of an ES.
